This is probably my fav MC series, the twists at the end of the story are soooo good. She is way more than meets the eye and I appreciated it!
I asked the hubs if he wanted to be called a bitch, whore, sweet butt or old lady. He just looked at me kind of funny and asked "What are you reading??"

That's probably the main reason I don't like most MC series is the degrading way they speak. And these are written by female authors!
Yes, keep it realistic, yes I get it. Still sound horrible to me.
Once I get past that, this is a great, funny, enjoyable story.

Omg this was SO dark and SO funny! So many great one liners that had me absolutely crying laughing! Lucy Rivers’ performance was incredible. I canny wait to get started on the next book!

Before I begin this review I should say that reverse harems are not really my thing, but MC reads I devour. This was a story packed full of a lot of things. It had some MC with twists and turns, semi military, RH and lots of steaminess. The writing was good, the story had a lot of action but I just couldn't get into this one. I don't know exactly why. Maybe it had too much going on or it was not at all believable for me. I'm still trying to wrap my head around an entire group of bada$$ alpha males being completely dominated by one woman, even though at times she was the only voice of reason.

Luna is a complete badass. Women really need to stop being underestimated all the time.

The Queen of Carnage all starts off with a dog sort of being stolen. As to why it happens, well the dog was getting the shit kicked out of it by some douchebag. So yeah, Luna had every right of rescuing this dog from abuse. What she got out of that was something she probably never expected.

I really liked the dynamic between Luna and the guys. Even if this whole barbaric MC gang was way out of line 100% of the time. They needed to realize what year it was and what loyalty and respect actually is. Boy did they deserve the swift kick to their nutsack, repeatedly.

Besides Gage, Orion, and Halo she also had an awesome support system. Enter Megan and her two brothers - Oz and Zig. They are completely devoted to one another and that is their family. They will always protect each other and be there when the shit storms rolls through. Which happened a lot in this book.

Then there's the romance, which I loved. Even if Gage took a while to get that stick surgically removed from his ass. This book also had a crap ton of betrayal - a lot more than I was expecting to be honest. Which made this book even harder to put down - which yeah, I fell asleep while reading it. I couldn't help it!

In the end, I'm so excited for Megan's story! I always wondered about the crew she came from and why no one did anything. Yet, the ending showed that no one really knew what was happening with the past Pres and VP. So yeah, sign me up for the next book guys!

Luna was a badass but I honestly didn't feel any connection between her and the guys.

At first I wasn’t sure about this one. The comedic aspects to Luna and how she was with the guys wasn’t quite my thing, but as the story moves on I became so engaged I couldn’t put it down and stayed up late into the night to finish.

This has a exactly what I live in an MC read- dark and gritty in parts with very alpha take charge heroes. But it’s an rh with a lot of mystery and suspense as well. I’m jumping right in to the next one in the series!
