Overall I enjoyed this but some parts I was just speeding through so I could get through it and get back to Leo's pov lol.

I did manage to predict some things
like how Delilah was being kept in bea's garage
but others like how
Bea and Meredith killed what's her face were a surprise to me
. There were some parts that I didn't see the point of
like everything about the obgyn, Charlotte and how apparently Leo was being bullied (I honestly thought that Charlotte was the one abusing him which was why he was so scared and would've preferred that to be the case tbh)
but they didn't detract from my enjoyment of the book as a whole.

I did not see that ending coming. My brain went to a whole other place. I wish the ending wasn't as quick. I felt we had such a huge build up then just bam.

The style of writing wasn’t my favorite. And the story did seem to drag on a while with some pointless back and forth (misdirection I’m assuming). The end was a funky twist. The scene with the OB though could have been left out. It’s important info for people to know, but Meredith not stepping in until way late, not educating Shelly in their meeting before, and just… yeah. I have some issues with that entire scene.

Too many characters.
Too much time-jumping without clarification.
Too much fluffy details that aren't pertinent to the story at all.

Started out strong, but too hard to follow.
