I bought this audio book thinking it was a full version of The Two Towers (yes I should have checked the time stamp). Despite my disappointment that this version was much shorter than the actual book, it was still entertaining to listen to. The voice acting was very well done and I really enjoyed the music. Giving this a slightly lower rating though, because it would be very confusing to follow if I didn't already know the story well.

Very good dramatization. They pivot back and forth between the companies, which actually makes the part of Frodo, Samwise and Gollum not so tedious and mundane.

Ok maybe audiobooking the dramatized version was a bad idea because I have no clue what the fuck happened after the company reaches Rohan. Like the movies helped a lil bit but I didn't know which battle was which. I might just listen to the regular audiobook right now. Would be an interesting comparison.
Either way I enjoyed this book. Sam's love for Frodo will be the death of me.

The style of writing is very difficult to read and it took me a lot of perseverance to get through
