2.5/5 - a standalone little fantasy story that was entertaining. the characters were a bit flat and needed more flushing out.
I DEVOURED this book. The characters were great, the sexual tension was smoking hot, and the story and all kept me engaged to the end. Keep these types of stories coming Meg!!
Elma and Rune are fucking freaks. I love them so much. Y’all Meg has done it again. The drama. The brooding. The snark. The longing. THE SPICE!!! Frost Queens Blade has it all. Meg builds such incredible worlds, kingdoms and characters it’s almost unfair. I was so wrapped up in the story I didn’t even see any of the twists coming (and I guessed the end to the Sixth Sense 10 minutes into the film). I already miss the characters and am longing for more. I’d give it 100 stars if I could.

Definitely enjoyed this. The writing is very pleasing, good pace and I like the setting. Couldn't really warm up to Elma though (but then again, she is the Frost Queen for a reason). Rune was also not my type but I fell for him along the way regardless.
Very enjoyable story even though I found it a tad too predictable at points. It made it an easy and quick read and sometimes that's just what I need.
