had some complicated feelings abt the relationship due to the... occasional Irritating behavior of a certain character but overall everything did feel very human and i do love a little heist even one thats BARELY a heist lol. was a huge fan of having a disabled main character & love a little freak4freak dynamic bc NEITHER of those dudes were normal. kit webb u are such a Character <3

The cover definitely is misleading. I felt like the love came too suddenly, just like It Takes Two to Tumble. It goes from lust to love for no reason.

  I loved the characters and the world the author created. The characters were all flawed, which made them relatable without losing the fun/sweet/cozy aspect of the story. The banter was top tier and I enjoy that the author referenced the danger of a queer relationship in the time period it was set in. While the physical relationship progressed slower than I expected it worked and made sense for Kit and Percy. The only thing that keeps this from being a 5 star for me is the ending felt too easy and tied up.
