I could have finished this in one sitting had I known how fast my eyes would go through this... very enjoyable.

Ok, so, clearly if you're thinking of reading this---you have already or should be watching TP season 3 The Return---and you've got questions or theories or you just want more TP in general. Season 3 connects the past to present in some weird ways, and along that wandering path of "what the fuck am I watching right now?" you have small realizations.

This book, the final dossier, is Agent Tammy's putting it all together. It is both interesting and helpful when thinking back on the whole of TP lore, and provides what I want to call connections and theorizing rather than real answers. It's David Lynch for godsake, there are no straight answer, only wistful thoughts and waxing poetic about existential darkness.

Her voice is clear, she's just as much a spectator trying to piece everything together as you or me. And there's something great about that.

I am hoping to rewatch The Return again soon to try to glean more from it (though I already mined it hard by watching each episode twice). So here's some random other thoughts....

Albert's autopsy report for Leo is snarky as fuck.
Vivian is totally going to hell.
I don't care about Donna, but holy shit was that her piano playing sister as the homewrecker?!
Cooper is the ultimate White Knight.
I like that "hobos" is the description given for the dark figures in the desert. I called them "coal miner murder hobos."
Log Lady's note is beautiful & sad.
Why is there no file on Hawk?
Dr. Jacoby is nuttier than I thought.
Jerry is the king of weed.

Some nice additions to the Twin Peaks mythology. Nice to hear more about Harry and have some of my suspicions regarding the happenings of season 3 confirmed.

Mostly pointless, fan service of the worst kind.

Absolutely fantastic, especially compared to the Secret History of Twin Peaks which kinda sucked. Definitely give this a read if you’re a twin peaks fan.

A good kind of final analysis of what happened during the Return, maybe poses more questions than answers them, but also clears some things up
