Enjoyable enough coda if you liked The Secret History of Twin Peaks and the third season of the show - but feels less ambitious than The Secret History did. Full review: https://fakegeekboy.wordpress.com/2018/11/15/one-last-bite-of-the-cherry-pie/

Better than The Secret History of Twin Peaks, but not by much.
informative mysterious medium-paced

If you love Twin Peaks and are finished with Season Three, then you HAVE to read this. It fills in a lot of the missing years between season two and three and gives us a few clues on what the hell happened in Season Three. Also gives you updates on characters who didn't end up in The Return. I love Mark Frost.

Mark Frost ending the book like that gave me all the goosebumps I could ever ask for.

Margaret’s message that Hawk read at her funeral gave me goosebumps and then simultaneously made me cry.

I rushed home from work and devoured this in one balmy summer evening. I am a big fan of Twin Peaks and I love how this filled in many of the gaps and answered questions from the series. A damn fine read and remember, the owls are not what they seem
