As a fan of Twin Peaks, I felt I had to read this. If you've watched all three seasons (and the film), you won't find much that is new here. Supposedly written in Tammy's voice, it is unconvincing in that regard. Not sorry I got it or read it, but don't expect any great revelations.
Excellent companion piece to the third season! Satisfyingly ties up loose ends and deepens the world of the show.
Asked about this book, Lynch said it was Frost’s interpretation of what happened during the special event and during these 25 years, and it is. This is the best a fan can get to an actual meaning of all that happened on the craziest and most sublime season of Twin Peaks. It’s a book made for the fans, not absolutely needed to enjoy the season but a fine wrap-up of it.

I feel like this book gave much needed closure and explanation! There's still some questions of course, but I really appreciated them making this
Pure fan service. Is it a novel? Nope. Did it help soothe my squishy little Twin Peaks loving heart? Yep.
I carefully avoided spoilers for 3 years and then found them all in one go.
