I adored Red Sparrow, was entertained sufficiently by Palace of Treason, and disappointed by Kremlin’s Candidate. It almost felt as someone else wrote this book, having lost the tone, feel, and tempo of the first two. Overall, fairly predictable ending but good story. Nice to have some closure on the storyline.

First 2 books of this trilogy were excellent but this final book fell apart in my opinion - the storyline with Putin is too far fetched

hard to read about russian intrigue with much enthusiasm at times like these. the insistence on mentioning some food and including a recipe at the end of each chapter drive me bonkers. blah blah blah.

Definitely a great CIA/FSB thriller. You can certainly tell it was written by a former CIA Operations officer. Lots of twists and turns.

A real page turner. My wife even noted it must be good because I wasn't falling asleep on the couch as I've been known to do with less exciting books.

This book was by far the worst in the trilogy. I was actually upset I had spent all the time I did reading the whole series when I finished this. There were a lot of plot holes, there wasn't a good flow to the storyline and the ending was horrible.
