A great way to spend a Wednesday evening, thumbing through all the beautiful pictures. Such a fantasy world, with little snippets from the 50s to the 90s. How's this from September 1968 "The Australian Woman in Vogue. What is her image in 1968? She is healthy, long-limbed, clear-eyed, gloriously suntanned...A conscientious but unfussy mother. An accomplished cook. An enthusiastic amateur in the arts, who works as hard at broadening her knowledge as at narrowing her waistline..."

There's something about magazines I keep coming back to. I loved that movie of Vogue "The September Issue" and for a while really was quite obsessed with Grace Coddington as a result. But this book has pulled me back to what Australia has to offer. May have to get the latest Vogue Australia tomorrow. Lucky its the holidays.
