I find this authors novellas to be… strange. Perhaps it’s because I haven’t read the full series yet? So I’m a bit out of touch with the world? But until the authors note at the end I wasn’t sure why this story was relevant at all to the outlander series despite the fact that Jaimie was in one scene. (Spoiler) also the sex scene was so freaking random?! And then she was pregnant?! That all just seemed sooooo weird and like the author wanted that to be the way their story went but didn’t have any ideas as to how to get from point a to b? I don’t know (end spoiler)
