I'm a big fan of Nicholas Sparks and this book did not disappoint. Also, some of his books are incredibly sad, but I'm happy to report that this book was not one of them.

Well they did a terrible job in making this into a movie and the fact she forgives the ex husband in the end is infuriating. Other than that, typical Sparks. Good for a fluff read.

I thought that it was good. I was scared at the end when I thought that it might have been Logan who died, not Keith, but there was a happy ending. I found the whole story very moving and romantic, because the idea that he needed to find this woman because of the relationship he and Victor had had in Iraq made sense, and it was as though the romance led from the brotherhood that these men had.

Not my favorite Sparks book, but it was still a fairly good read.

Not one of Sparks better stories. Predictable.

I picked up this book for 3 reasons.
1. I need something light after the book I had just finished. Sparks is good for light, breezy read.
2. I like Sparks. Even though I consider his books like I find them well written and the characters draw you in.
3. I came acroos the "movie addition" with Zach Efron on the cover. Yum!

Upon reading the description I could figure out what woukd happen but Sparks generally tells a good story. But this book ended up being predictable through and through. And the love story was boring too. Basically the only things that kept me going are it was an easy read and it gave me a reason to picture Zach Efron.

Not one of Sparks better books. Though I will probably still watch the movie.

Loved it!

“...she was struck by the simple truth that sometimes the most ordinary things could be made extraordinary, simply by doing them with the right people.”

This is the same situation as the woman in the window because I had seen the movie before hand but the book was a far better. Details in the book really added to the love story I made it an interesting read. The ending was a little different than the movie and I think but I could be mistaken.

Good book with an engaging story line. Some twists were expected, while others weren't.
