This series is SO GOOD. There were a few parts I was a bit :/ about, but overall it was gripping, interesting, and I thought that Eve especially had some great character development throughout this book. I also loved how the plot brought Villaneve together, the build up and timing was perfect and I am now so excited to read the next book!

This is much more coherent than part one but I feel pretty uncomfortable with the author's seeming obsession with dirty (lesbian) sex (this gets even worse in the third book), feels pretty male-gazey to me.
