I'm such a huge fan of Beau's characters in The Mighty Nein, so getting to see her backstory come to life is awesome! I loved the art style and the color palette for this graphic novel. I also enjoyed seeing Beau's relationship with Tori and the way it began Beau's journey into becoming her own person. The relationship she has with her father is painful and difficult but I think they did a really great job depicting it in this story.
