Fantastic. Loved every line of it. Wish I could see the original musical.

Everytime Evan talked about Zoe I wanted to throw the book as far away from me as possible to get away from that creep.

This was excellent. I read it because my son had started it. I haven’t seen the musical or show. But this was very well written. Although I did not really care for the Connor POV. All the narration was fantastic. Levi Ross, Mike Faist and Mallory Bechtel all do a wonderful job. The moment when everything comes to a head was so tense and stressful I was physically uncomfortable.

I'm really not sure how I feel about this book. It's such an unusual premise. Are you supposed to like Evan, feel sorry for him or what?
