I picked this up because I have read and enjoyed books by both of these authors in the past (Neve Wilder’s Extracurricular Activities series is particularly excellent) but this one didn’t really do it for me. I’m not a fan of football and the brothers best friend thing is not really my jam either. It wasn’t bad in any way, but it just couldn’t hold my interest. I mostly skimmed just to get through it.

This was a really fun brothers best friend and teammates to lovers story. I do wish that there was a little bit more conflict towards the end because I felt like it wrapped up pretty quickly at the end, but it was still a fun time

Honestly, really liked this one! Mostly because of the characters and the genuine laughs they got out of me, and how STRESSED I WAS when Rams’ dad came around that one time. Happy to have read it!

Cant give this one the amount of stars it deserved.

Contains: bestfriend's brother, teamates, friends-with-benefits, bisexual, coming out, football players.

This book is a gem. It deserved so much more than 5 stars.
I love everything about it. It fit perfectly in my preference trope: bbf, fwb, sport, jocks, coming out. It so well writing and sooo cute. I love the dynamics between them, the bickering, the friendship between all of them.

So yeah, if you love this kinda tropes, go for it, you will be amazed by those caracters.

Ramsey and Garrett were a sweet and fun couple trying to have some fun under the radar of the NFL life. Of course with any good love story they fall for one another and live happily ever after. The narration was awesome and really brought the story to life.

The vibes in this book were on point! Garrett & Ramsey have top tier banter that made me chuckle over and over again. Their chemistry is fantastic and the movement from friends to more is super well done. I also liked how they loop Houston (Garrett’s older brother/Ramsey’s best friend) in pretty early. Just a super low angst/low stakes book that I loved reading!
