I missed the characters from the first one, and didn't enjoy this one quite as much but still liked the series enough to read the next one.
That book is amazing. I love it! Gemina is better than the first.
Finally I got to finish this awesome book!!
This story never stops to amaze me... one moment I think I know how it will progress, then I turn to the next page...... and I'm at the squere one again.
The characters in Gemina are as perfect as Kady and Ezra were in the first book. I fell in love with them immediately.
Of course the whole book is unique - be it story or characters or the style. Thats something that makes you want to bury yourself in the book and never come out.
The epic journey continues and the pieces come together and I can't wait for the third book Obsidio to come out! The waiting will surely kill me,but it will make the reading so much better.

this was good! not as good as the first one but still great! this one dragged a little for me just because there were so many plot points happening and you needed to remember and be engaged w all of them. i kind of hated the worms this time around, and wished they weren’t there. i know they had useful parts but, i think the story would’ve been just as good without the worms.
i really enjoyed the reading experience at the end of the book with the two universes—the reading experience for these books is just incredible, so immersive and creative. i also liked that this read i was able to put together the video analyst IDs with the characters—i don’t think i noticed that the first time i read the series. also ADIAN coming back and being as unhinged as ever, i loved his video footage analysis with his weird little AI personality developing.
the ending with Rapier was a good touch! had a brief moment of panic before the courtroom interjection.
looking forward to the last book where it all comes together!!
