Interesting and pretty helpful (although some of the information is outdated! Binding in the way suggested in this book can harm you and is no longer recommended, and some of the HRT information is incorrect. Some FtM trans people don't stop menstruating and some can still get pregnant on HRT. Please keep this in mind and do modern research when binding or considering hormones)
