Another round with Landon & Casey this time as an audiobook. I loved this just as much the second time around. As with all Rachel Reid books the mental health rep is top notch. Landon’s journey to accepting happiness in life is just beautiful. Casey learning that he’s more than what others think is also fantastic. The fact they help each other to these conclusions is perfect!

Landon was an interesting character, but Casey just didn't engage me at all. Love interests being presented as actively unintelligent is fully uninteresting to me. Maybe the character dynamics get more complex/compelling later on - but overall I didn't find the writing good enough to stay and find out. Oh well!

This was so cute! Both MMC were lovely but Casey was another level, the definition of himbo, he must be protected at all costs!

different than the game changers series (it's stand alone and I knew that going in) but still a really good read. Some mental health rep and some dealing with things that are just tough. add in playing hockey and it's fun seeing how they learn

Cute and steamy with THE BEST representation of demisexuality I’ve read.
