A roadtrip novel, but particularly interesting because of the main character being an evangelical pastor. In some ways all roadtrip novels read the same to me, but I read it in one sitting soooo yeah. It especially hit me close to home in many parts. Perfect for people who liked Mosquitoland and The Art of Racing in the Rain. Maybe slightly too reflective, slighty needing a bit of plot tbh. But certainly something that needed to be written and needed to be read.
