Heavily enjoyed this book and I am more than likely going to read it again. It was more humorous than I thought, pleasantly surprised.

What to do with a dragon that doesn’t act like a dragon?

Despite this edition claiming to be Unabridged, it actually is, which is surprising.
This audible edition doesn't include the beginning or end of the written version with the girl Charlotte hearing the story, but instead jumps straight into the tale of The Boy, The Dragon and St. George.

You don't lose too much like this, however people who have never read the book in print wouldn't know any better. Just seems to be an odd decision to abridge a book of this length.

The reading by Anton Lesser is enjoyable and I do still recommend it as a quick listen (54 mins).

Definitely a bit dated but it reads like a twist on a traditional hero's tale and it is still fun.

A classic tale nicely turned on its head. Interesting characterisations and whimsical conversations but ultimately a jaunty tale with no magic.

Great way to spend a rainy Saturday afternoon with my girl. Snuggled on the couch reading about an unusual dragon.

This was a great short story. I enjoyed the cleverness of the boy, the dragon, and the knight. It's not a typical dragon bed night story. I also enjoy children's stories that are written and eloquently spoken. Kenneth Graham is masking a BIG fan out if me.
