Just when you think Squirrel Girl can't get any better, she tries internet dating. A++++.

The choose your own adventure was neat. Poor Doreen trying to date someone because Chipmunk Hunk has a girlfriend is sad, but her dating montage was pretty fun.

So... this wasn't as bad as the last volume. It was creatively done

but

My ship sank.

That kind of made me really upset because the team played a big part in volume 2 and I LOVED that volume. I was hoping they would bring that back in this one, but that didn't happen.

I really like Squirrel girl, I really do. But for some odd reason these last two volumes have been disappointing. I'm hoping that volume 5 improves and I'm also hoping my ship hasn't completely died.

Quirky, fun and enjoyable as ever. I enjoyed this volume. What other graphic novel/comic is going to have a whole issue devoted to computer programming and it's how she defeats the villain. Only Squirrel Girl is who. They even throw in a Choose your adventure at the beginning.

I had never heard of mole man. That was an interesting sequence. This is light, airy, clever, funny and the best thing ever.

They need to make a movie.

Squirrel!

The initial story is a choose your own adventure, which sounds amazing in theory, but I didn't enjoy reading it at all. After that the story picks up and we get some fun dating misadventures, which makes up for the iffy opening.

COUNTING ON YOUR FINGERS IN BINARY. Need I say more?

Oh, I do? Well, this volume also has Doreen trying internet dating after Chipmunk Hunk gets an awesome girlfriend who is not Doreen because she never told him that she liked him, and a Mole Man who becomes misogynisticly obsessed with Doreen and takes the world hostage until she agrees to date him which everyone except Nancy thinks is reasonable and Doreen should just do it and "take one for the team" which is ridiculous, and a dream sequence in which we learn computer science and the aforementioned counting on your fingers in binary.

We also get to spend some more time with Koi Boi, who is super cool. I enjoyed the choose-your-own adventure style of his and Doreen's swarm fight. Maybe it would be good for Doreen if she spends more time with Koi Boi and less with Chipmunk Hunk.

Most comics wouldn't have the guts to teach you how to calculate binary numbers and also show the struggles of being single in 1 volume. Also, that sentinal seemed like a very nice gentleman. Shame about his views on mutants but none of us are perfect.
