Another good book in the series. I really enjoy most of the characters but Joel is starting to get on my nerves. I feel like he hasn’t developed much as a character and I’m questioning why Flora is still with him. Other than that, I enjoyed the book.

I enjoyed this sweet story. The characters were lively, the setting stunning, and the storytelling was sweet, not too predictable or happily ever after. A nice read for the season.

Exactly what you would expect. And what I needed facing an intense week of professing.

I am reading them out of order but still enjoying the characters and island of Mure. Of her books I’ve read, this series is my favorite. Light and quick but fun.

You had me at Scotland! I could picture this town, imagine the food, and hear the Scottish accents. Very quick read. Interesting that what appears to be a light read takes on the topics of homophobia and the Syrian refugee crisis. Also, I didn’t realize it was part of a series, it reads as a stand alone.
