This book had my class shouting back at the pages! With each new page, they’d yell, groan, and laugh at Sam and Dave’s missteps. Voted a weekly winner.
You just can't go wrong with Klassen! His illustrations make me laugh every time. The story is great, too!
Plot twist. This book was actually written for adults. I mean, no way would a kid get that subtext.

Cute story. Unrealistic, but cute. Lots of good predictions too.
Such a cute book! The title says it all. Jon Klassen is one of my favorite children's books illustrators today, and he does not disappoint. If you have kiddos I highly recommend reading this to them :)
Mac Barnett and Jon Klassen in one book? Hell yeah!! Nothing beats reading this to the 5 year olds and having them shout their little heads off when the two boys go the wrong way
I can hardly wait to share this book with groups of students today and next week.
My five year old read this book to me and we both got a big kick out of it!
