I grew up in the Black Hills and, while reading about a serial in my own backyard had some sour moments, the book on the whole embraced the beauty of both the area itself and the community that resides there. The pride, the passion. Would definitely recommend this book a hundred times over for bringing a slice of home to me AND for spinning a REAL great story at the same time.

Really enjoyed this book. Lill and Coop were lovely characters and the story was full of suspense and had a few twists to. I loved the supporting characters as well. I've enjoyed everything i've read by this author so far she's a talented writer and although there is romance in all her novels she's very diverse.
