Prime reading for midwinter

This is an amazing take on the Wild Hunt and the Hellhounds who run it in the modern world. At novella length, it has enough depth to suck the reader in while being short enough to manage during a busy time of year. The writing is lyrical and rich as it explores layers of love and the bonds of chosen family. If you like stories based in mythology, or stories about found family, or stories about humans and non-humans finding their way around each other, you'll love this.
