I honestly don't know how to feel about this book.

I feel like I've grown out of the story a little bit. I loved the first two books when I read them, but I'm not sure if I would enjoy them as much now. So I enjoyed this book, because I really wanted to know how the story ends. And I wasn't disappointed with the story. It wraps up perfectly, all the characters get a nice ending. The little parts were the story is repeated how it will be remembered are amazing.

One things that annoys me - but it annoys me in every ya-book - was the drama!
Spoiler If you give the main characters a dramatic but meaning full death... let them be death. It's okay! Not that I wanted them to die, it just annoys me when character die almost all the time. You can't take dangerous situations seriously anymore.
I really loved that the ending told you more about what will happen in the future

This series was weird for me. In each book it took the first half before the story and action really picked up and before I could really get into it and I end up giving them 4 stars because they go out with a bang. But then in between books I forget about the series completely, if you asked me what happened I wouldnt even be able to tell you the MCs name and I cant remember why I gave them 4 stars. The same applies to this one except that I realized when I was half way through the book that this was all happening and so I have decided to give it 3 stars this time because its really not as engaging as I thought just because it has some good closing action.

Inhalt

«My eyes snapped up to him, shaking off the haze of sleep. „Are we lost?“
„You are.“ Zaahir smirked. „I know exactly where I am.“»

JIN! *_* )

«“You’re wrong, you know. I am not with you because of who you became. I fell in love with you when I was bleeding under a counter at the dead end oft he desert and you saved my life. Back when we were both who we used to be.“»

Einfach wunderbar gemacht!

«“How come you both get to be the Blue Eyed Bandit and we’re known as advantages?“ Izz asked.
„Yeah,“ Maz agreed. „We demand a better legendary nickname.“»

This is one of those books where the problem is me. It was supposed to have everything. It was action packed, a good writing and a nice ending. But it did not work for me...I was bored almost the whole book. Even if things were happening I couldn’t care about them. I was only invested a bit in the middle but other than that I was just struggling. I didn’t care about the characters and their story. Emotionally I wasn’t invested at all. The last 100 pages took me forever to read. I feel so disappointed and betrayed because I wish I liked that book and It had the potential. But sometimes it’s just not working. I couldn’t care less about the ending because honestly, I maybe cared about these characters in book 2, but now I am just relieved that it’s over.
