This book is a thinly veiled gateway drug to new age nonsense. Ends on a cliffhanger so you’ll buy a subscription. Felt like the author was subtly trying to indoctrinate me into his cult the whole time.
3.5 stars. I liked the ideas this book posed. Am I going to read the rest? Probably not.

I liked it (3 stars), until I realized this was not meant as a fairytale... (so 1 star for that).
"L'alchimiste" reminds me of this book- idea, not plot, centric, though with an adventure story layered in.

boring in my opinion, but made some cool points about religion and world growth.
I personally loved this book. I loved how it was spiritual yet delivered in a digestible way. It really opened up my mind and I loved learning about energy! Like yes this a fiction but man it’s so cool! And I took so much away from it.
Interesting ideas and philosophy! I was disappointed in the writing, though.
