I have mixed feelings about this book. I really enjoyed the subject matter and setting, but the characters never seemed fully realized to me. It was well written, but easy to figure out nevertheless. I don’t regret reading it, but won’t feel the need to do so again.

The word Gothic is used ALOT. Im only like 60pgs in too and I've already noticed it........ Feels like it's on everyother page throughout the novel. PLEASE STOP TELLING US AND START SHOWING US
