What a book. Caroline Kosmayer brought us to understand the nature of art, and why woman was disbarred for practicing art, and how art came from any form. Read this book actually like looking out thorough the lens. She explained the roots of woman minimal participation of ancient art, and how distinct art from craft. She also explain some subject that maybe neglected, because we are so busy to define art from what we see and what we hear. The art for preparing something to eat, and maintain the life of human, were under investigated because we see that just like usual obligation to spare us from death. Kosmayer also highlighted some unpleasant form of art, and why that disgusting form called art.
