This maintains the quality of the first three books of the series. That said, I found the new group of heroes-for-hire lacking, as all the references and allusions regarding them went over my head, since I'm not well versed enough in my comic canon to know any of them.

The adventure continues, with multiple overlapping groups tackling the question of what to do with teenage superheroes.
Another solid outing from Mr. Vaughan. Masterful use of B-listers and maybe an A-lister or two to weave a fine tale.

These are generally fun. There is some diversity in the group, they generally have ok morals, and the stories are entertaining and definitely make puns or at least nod to other comics.
AMAZING!! I had no idea this was issue 4!! Now I'm going to have to go back and read the first three, then I can continue with the next bunch of them!! Brilliant
