I really enjoyed this graphic novel! It had great artistry and a great story! Only reason it got 4 stars is because I wasn’t a fan of so many made up words for a kids graphic novel. Other then that I really enjoyed this story! I cannot wait for the second to come out!

I've been searching for a fantasy graphic novel series to get lost in for some time and I'VE FINALLY FOUND IT! So far, I'm hooked on this world and the characters. It has everything that I love. I wish the second book was already out! It's going to be an agonizing wait to find out what happens next.

This graphic novel was absolutely amazing. In this story we are following a girl named Tabetha Simon who is trying to get in contact with the ghost her father was obsessing over and then wound up getting killed by the ghost at a particular tree that is considered a biohazard. But Tabetha paid no mind and went to the tree everyday because she felt close to her dad. Then out of no where she sees this boy flying in the air but soon disappears into some portal. Once he disappeared Tabetha wanted to know who and what he was. So of co9urse she draws him in her journal and then the next thing you know her mother tells her it is time to move on and that she has found someone and wants to marry him. Tabetha feels that her mother was trying to replace her dad, but her mom just wanted to be happy. Anyway Tabetha snuck out of the house towards the tree and then stumbles upon a portal and finds the boy she say. His name is Philip who lives in a world called Rema and he is also a keeper and keeps a low profile because he is also a Geist. Geist are look down upon and many people want them dead because they are bad news that according to the people they only bring destruction and chaos. Overall I really like this graphic novel because it has a little bit of a love interest and I like that a lot. Honestly I can not wait for the second graphic novel to be released because I want to know what happens next.
