Another fabulous addition to the Made Marian series. Beau and Maverick were just wonderful together, and I was happy that the angst was fairly low and their communication was open. It was great to see the various Marian family members, including crazy Aunt Tillie, who are such a hilarious part of these books. I finished this book in one sitting, with a big smile on my face - can't wait to read Dante's story!

It took the vast majority of the book for me to warm to Mav but ultimately I fell in love with him. Beau loved from the beginning ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I liked this one. It felt different having it take place not in CA but in a good way :)

Lucy, Lucy, Lucy oh my what a genius you are. I FLOVE the Made Marian series sooooo much it's almost ridiculous. In this, the 5th book we meet Maverick Marian and Beauregard Talmadge. No spoilers here and no plot summary, read the blurb for that. I will happily tell you that this book is AWESOME, I cried a little, laughed a lot and loved the Marian family just as much as the previous 4 books. We get visits from Aunt Tilly ( I want to be her when I grow up ) Granny and Irene and of course the rest of the Marian family and their spouses, which is one of my favourite things in a book series. Reading Lucy's books you would not think that she is a new author. Her books are so well written, absolutely wonderful characters and storylines that suck you in and keep you turning the pages. Well done Lucy
