Sipsworth was such a sweet, gentle surprise. 
A quiet story that somehow says everything about being human-about loneliness, kindness, aging, and the way healing often sneaks in through the side door.

What stayed with me most? 
The community that was built. 
The reminder that no matter how self-sufficient or guarded we think we are, we need each other.
It was tender without being saccharine, hopeful without pretending everything’s fine.

Simon Van Booy writes like he really sees people. 
Like he believes in their goodness. 
And I needed that reminder. 🙏🏼
