A sweet lesbian love story with likeable characters, lots of fluff and a fair amount of humor. The two MC's didn't really interact very much with each other and I failed to find the chemistry between them.

Overall not bad, but the chemistry between the two MCs was a bit lacking, and the
Spoilermuseum shooting
felt randomly thrown-in for something so significant.

Even thought the MCs are a little to perfect, I still couldn't put this on down once I got into it. There is a bit of action towards the end that I was not expecting that added a bit of much needed drama. The split up actually made me tear up a bit, but all ends with a nice HEA. All in all a quick read that I enjoyed.

Normally I’m not a huge fan of celebrity romances. But Coming Home by KJ was so much more than I expected. The twists and turns kept me wanting more with every turn of the page.

Coming Home is a cute slow burn romance that will have you on the edge of your seat. Sam and Abigail are perfect for each other even though they can’t see it for themselves. They are both so caught up in the fact that their current situation is temporary that neither one is willing to give in to their budding sexual tension. This leads me to the sex scenes which are beyond amazing. I will give you all one tiny spoiler, Tim Tam sexy time.

The ending of the book is what really sets it apart for me. I don’t want to give any spoilers, but it had me on the edge of my seat pondering the different ways the situation could end. Personally, I feel like it ended perfectly.

The one flaw I found with the book is Abigail’s publicist keeping her job. I really thought after everything she said and did, she would be fired. But that is such a minor detail it didn’t lessen my enjoyment of the book.

I would recommend this book to anyone who likes celebrity romances as well as anyone who likes slow burn romances.
