a great continuation of the series
I really like how this book builds on the previous even with different main characters. The exploration of political concerns is fun and makes for an engrossing read.

So good! At first I was a little disappointed to be switching couples, but I was very quickly swept up into the new storyline! Can't wait for the next one to come out.

Oh man oh man oh man so good!!
Okay I didn't know what to expect with Leisa's point of view being basically over. BUT I was so intrigued with the mentions of the princess's magic that I was totally invested in this book.
And WOW. it totally delivered. Can I just say, Danric and his growth

4.5 stars.
I was a little apprehensive going into this one since the focus isn't on Leisa and Kyrion anymore, but as for the first two books, Kenley Davidson didn't disappoint. Everaine is basically your typical Silk Hiding Steel kind of proper princess, and given how the story makes political intrigue very interesting and believable, she fits in pretty well. Not to mention that will all the reveals going on in this book, it feels like we're just getting started, so I can't wait until June to read the rest!

Perfect, fun, fast paced read with clean romance. I'm enjoying the character development with Danric and Everaine. I liked how book 3 switched to these characters. I'm very much invested in this series and excited for the 4th book to see what happens in this magical world. I absolutely loved the ending and I was sad there was not more!
