From the moment I started listening to this book on Audible, I was captivated by Shelia's compelling narrative, which unfolds with an unwavering honesty and raw emotion. As she shares her journey of navigating love, loss, and triumph, her courage shines through. As a wife, mother, businesswoman, and mentor, Shelia's multifaceted life experiences are nothing short of remarkable.

What struck me most about "Walk Through Fire" is Shelia's ability to draw readers into her world, evoking a range of emotions with her vivid storytelling. I found myself eagerly anticipating each turn of events. I am grateful to have stumbled upon this remarkable book and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in search of a captivating and uplifting read.

Such a fascinating life story from an accomplished business woman! I highly suggest reading Debra Lee’s memoir and then this, it fills in a lot of gaps about the founding, rise and eventual sale of BET.  Again a great story the audio version is read by the author.  This is a solid 5 stars especially if you enjoy memoirs!
