I find this book frustrating. Maybe I am too close to the age range presented that I cannot fathom this main character. However, the author has a wonderful voice and does some interesting things, so I’m intrigued to see what she does next.

took a while to finish but glad i did! really hits on the way capitalism begets isolation. maybe it’s not over for the avoidant attachment girlies! maybe collectivism will save us :,)

4/5 because the pacing felt a little too slow in the beginning and bc I think the traumatic scene w tig and the police at the end was quite unnecessary!
