I don’t fully understand the choices all the characters are making. They don’t really match up with their personalities.

I received a free ARC copy in exchange for my honest review. This is my own opinion and was not influenced by anyone.

Ok first up this book ends on a h@ll of a cliffhanger. I am holding my breath. The story is rough and violent. The life of Jemma has not been a pretty one. We are introduced to her character in Finding Angel (book one) when she meet Travis Angel, the prez of the MC Angel's Fury.

Jemma also goes by Hellcat and Travis calls her Firecracker. She is a first woman who is used to fighting for everything she wants. Travis is captivated and claims her as his own.

Claiming Angel, book two, picks up with Jemma heading home to join her sister Tara as their mom has gotten worse, death us close. Travis and some of the guys go after them when they hear violence while on the phone with Tara.

Travis is a powerful, alpha male who takes
sh!t from no one. He has claimed Jemma as his and will stop at nothing to protect her. He makes her feel safe for the first time in her life. And when he finds out who has been hurting her, he is ready to kill.

Even with all the violence and abuse, the story of Travis and Jemma is a love story. They are exactly what the other needs in a world full of bad people and happenings.

As I said mentioned earlier this quick read is a cliffhanger and Lexi Noir is a master at leaving us hanging, just waiting for the next book. Bring it on!
