***spoilers****

wow, this book was so easily read. The writing is so easy to follow along with!

the Charector development of Feyre is like no other!! seeing her transform and overcoming so many things was truly beautiful.

so.. I knew eventually I would dislike Tamilin, but I couldn't believe how far that dislike would go.
so excited for the next read!!!

AHHHHH, yes as many have put this is just fanfic in print- but I started reading fanfic at the ripe age of 12 and don’t plan on stopping. I was so happy because Feyre isn’t with that dickhead anymore just for THAT ENDING?!?! it makes me want to instantly start the next book but I think for my piece of mind I shouldn’t just yet.

Also shocked Elain and Lucien were identified as mates and not Nesta and Cassian like cmonnnnn

Even though I’ve heard many people say how much better this book is than book one it still took me by surprise that I loved it so much. The story is intricate but not overwhelming, the romance is beyond swoony, the setting is beautifully-described (especially certain places), and the characters are so much more well-defined, and in many cases, likable. And now book one can be seen in such a different light and makes so much more sense. I look forward to continuing on the series.
I must point out that this is definitely not YA (despite how many libraries and bookstores shelve it), as far as content goes. It’s quite graphic and recommended for a mature reader.
