This was boring. I feel like it was surface level. They could have gone better into her different stories . It seems like they rushed it and it was too fast and useless.

Such a charming wintery/Christmasy closed-door romance. I was rooting for the MC Beth the whole time.

Overall really enjoyed the writing style and the friendships in this book, however the missed connection / pining after someone for years is probably my least favorite trope so could not give above 3 stars. Would have liked a lot more if the ending plot points had been expanded for half the book instead. Also, we need a spin off of Rosie and Giorgio’s story!!

Definitely thought this was more of a "winter" book than a Christmas one, but it wasn't overly Christmas (besides the events happening around Christmas each year). Beth was a really well-done character and her journey very much made her feel human and relatable. Overall, a heartwarming, easy read!
