This novella was short, sweet and oh so steamy!!! Amara’s ex was a complete ass. She thought having a one night stand on her girls trip to Vegas would be good for her. Xander didn’t come off to me as being the “one night stand” type of guy. He was so freaking sweet and had a naughty mouth too. Xander would also beat up anyone who did Amara wrong. Honestly he’s the complete package! I really enjoyed this book. One thing that did annoy me is the way Xander spoke. He said “Bet” WAY too many times. Amara is 7 years older than Xander but I believe Xander was 28 so not super young. The way he spoke though made him sound like he was a teen.

I really enjoyed this story. The chemistry between the characters, the flow, the ending... all of it was wonderful. Although I wouldn't mind a follow up on these two characters, it isn't necessary. Almost perfect novella. I gotta bring back my Sexual Chocolate award because this books wins it.

This is a sexy, romantic, and short read. I enjoyed it and I'll  probably re-read sometime. Definitely Recomend.

Xander and Amara

I had heard so many good reviews about this one I had to read it. One thing for sure once Xander got Amara he was all about her. “I got you, always” that’s what I like to hear a man say and follow through. This was a quick read with a lot of spice really enjoyed it. Amara’s friend group were hilarious in the chats. She really had solid and relatable girlfriends.

- This is my first Kimmie Ferrell book and Im definitely going back for more lol. This instant attraction and down right sinful book was really good! Perfect introduction lol.

- Amara is the boss lady! Shes grown and sexy with a hustlers spirit. I really loved how playful and funny she was. Then its Xander and with a name like that you know his character was gonna eat down.... and thats exactly what he did! Repeatedly and unmercifully lol😏! He was a beast in them sheets yall. He also was a basketball player who knew how to invest! In business and in love. Amara is 35 and Xander is 28 and I love a good age gap with the woman being older!!

- I was living for the sexual chemistry these two had. Now it started out slow and I knew this going in but once they take it there chile its UP and its stuck lol. I also enjoyed how these two could sit around and kiki. I was laughing right along with them. It was the perfect insta attraction turned committed couple I've read in a while. Also that epilogue and them chapter titles! Yeah definitely enjoyed this one.

- Definitely recommend short and so mf spicy forget sweet!

amara and xander are so sexy. if you know me you know i love an (appropriate) older woman/younger man romance and these two didn’t disappoint. the tension was palpable and the smut was smutting

amara was a bit reluctant to start anything serious with xander because she had just got out of a relationship but he made his intentions clear with her confidently and suavely and i can’t lie i love a bit of braggadocio in a man🤭… but just a bit cause these men can and do get carried away

i also loved amara’s friend group. they were hilarious, witty and caring of one another and i love me a found family so i ate it right on up

although this took me forever to finish because i had to do a bit of adulting i still had a good time reading this book. i was short, hilarious and fun and who doesn’t love that
