This one is hard to rate because I loved the first story and did not like the second two nearly as much. The first story had me literally kicking my feet a couple of times though. Overall I’d say it’s my least favorite Hazelwood so far. I think I also just prefer novels over novellas.

Under One Roof:
They were genuinely cute — the awkwardness felt real and sweet, not forced. I loved that the pining was mutual instead of the usual “just her spiralling” situation.
Her friend group? Adorable.
Cuddling under the pretence of warmth? Always a favourite.
It was rushed (novella life), but surprisingly well executed.
Stuck With You:
The miscommunication trope is just not it for me.
They were cute, but she really could’ve saved herself a world of pain if she just used her brain.
Felt way too rushed, even by novella standards.
Below Zero:
Another miscommunication plot — hard pass.
Honestly didn’t buy the chemistry between them. Just didn’t hit the mark.

By far the weakest ali hazelwood lit I've read. While I think that Under One Roof was definitely the most fully fleshed, I think all of them could have been a fun concept (except Below Zero, it was hard to get over solo the resue in Norway as a plot device). Like, I kept thinking about how much better it could have been with like 30 more pages.

The first story was easily my fav, five stars for that one alone, but all of them were good - i do wish the tension had a chance to build a bit more in the last two stories, but i had fun the entire time which is like the whole point

all her stories are quite literally the same. girl hates guy because she thinks guy hates her. she thinks guy hates her because there was a misunderstanding during their first interaction. guy does not hate girl. guy loves girl. guy is too quiet to mention that tho. guy is always HUGE. like a fridge. large, broad shoulders, just MASSIVE. and girl is always short and just so fucking small. like an ant. she’s also a fucking loser who somehow manages to pull the hottest guy ever. girl doesn’t work out, eats junk food, her main personality traits are (1) she so small (2) she hates guy (3) she isn’t appreciated at work because she’s the only women in a STEM job. girl stfu. guys at work undermine her constantly and honestly she deserves it for being so fucking annoying and so self absorbed to the point she can’t or won’t realise that guy loves her.
in this book, all three guys are somehow the BIGGEST GUYS IN THE UNIVERSE while the girls are smaller than a fucking atom.
i do not know how anyone (esp. the guys) stand any of the 3 girls. they are so annoying. they are so impulsive and don't stop even for 1 second to think about what they are about to do. and they don't even, like, think beyond. like the second story: GIRL JUST ASK ERIK IF HE DID WHAT U THINK HE DID??? even tho i kinda get why she didn't. still. so annoying.
and this book also has the added bonus that these girls are all fucking friends and do not respect boundaries. like... Mana or Mara or whatever her name was, she tells everyone she's pregnant before telling her husband?? and there's the fucking "MASSIVE husband is terrified of his TINY wife" cliché. like... girl... bffr... obv all the girls are tiny but have more anger inside of them than anyone else. stfu.
still, it was cute & an easy read.
