I know that this is a novella so therefore is short, but the events were so rushed while a lot of scenes weren't neccessary. 
The blade scene didn't make any sense to me. It was so out of nowhere that I contemplated if I should stop reading. 
Also Damon's obssession wasn't justified in any way. It felt very weird.
