An entertaining story that does not require you to read Volumes 1-3, which greatly disappoint. But Vol. 4 rescues the series (I hope) and offers a great storyline.

Hard to rate because the Kandor story was great. It was intriguing and action packed. The rest was messy and lacked direction. 4 stars on the strength of the Kandor arc.
