talvez não tenha sido boa ideia começar pelo ultimo da trilogia...mas era o unico que tinha xD
This was a great end to this trilogy. I loved the whole story and these characters were probably my favorite.
The conclusion of the trilogy and Moira and Cian's story.
The two were the couple I was most interested in from the beginning, as they started with animosity and the obstacles between them seemed insurmountable, which are two of my favorite tropes.
The war is imminent and our heroes are trying to prepare their army and themselves, while dealing with various attacks and mind games by the vampire queen, who's becoming more unhinged as time goes by. There are a few threads involving her that are disturbing,.
Romance in time of war is never easy, but it's even harder for our heroes who know they can have no future despite the outcome of the war. Determined to make the best with the time they've got, when they succumb to each other, they give it their all and their relationship is intense.
The war takes much out of everyone, but.
Engaging story with ups and downs and a main thread that spans the whole trilogy.

our heroes together are victorious and Cain leaves when the battle is done, too emotionally involved to subject them both in a painful goodbye. They're both heartbroken and Cian doesn't see himself getting over Moira anytime soon, when Morrigan and the gods give him his much deserved reward, a choice between remaining as he is now or regaining his humanity. His choice is clear and leads to a happy ever after for all three couplesEngaging story with ups and downs and a main thread that spans the whole trilogy.
This is the end of the trilogy. The last couple comes together. That part of the book was good. For me the action in the book was slow moving. The second book seemed to move better than this one. I was hoping for a little more action then I got. The ending was predictable, but I assumed that going into these books really. Given that the author is in the Romance Genre. It was a nice twist on a typical romance read. I wouldn't consider it great for a fantasy/paranormal read though.
If you like Romance and want to see a paranormal twist done nicely, then this trilogy did that in my opinion.

Great end to the trilogy. This book focuses on my favorite couple who I hoped would be a couple from the first book, Moira and Cian. :) Very very good.
The Circle has traveled through time and space to Geall, but they did not come alone. Lilith and her army have followed. Before they can meet her in the final battle that has been foretold, they must raise and train their own army. And Moira must take the sword from the stone and become Geall's first Warrior Queen.
Ever in the shadows, Cian watches them all, but mostly Moira. She is not like anyone he has ever met. He can't believe a monster such as he can feel this way. He also doesn't believe a woman like Moira could ever feel anything for him. As the two of them circle around each other, the whole Circle must get ready.
Along with the stories of the Circle, Nora explores the history of Lilith and those closest to her. She goes into the darkness that they have. Were they born with it? How did it develop. She does an excellent job of creating sympathy for the creation without forgiving the crime. It was very impressive.

Without a doubt, this book outshines books 1 & 2, and is easily the best of the trilogy. Admittedly, I didn’t like Moira very much in the beginning, but as her character developed, she slowly became my favourite. Cian was my favourite from the start, so I was glad for the change of focus to him and Moira. I couldn’t have asked for a better ending to the trilogy, or Cian & Moira’s storyline in particular.
