Fated Mates and Where to Find Them by A.J. Sherwood

Found this quite boring, wasn’t terrible but was just very meh. I know a lot of readers thought Zander was super sweet, like a big puppy dog, but for all the sickly sweetness I thought both MCs ultimately lacked any personality. Shame, because I liked the basic premise.

Enjoyable, but lacking in the full scope of character development. Things fall together too neatly, which can be a positive for when you absolutely cannot handle tension.

wanted a quick read and this sounded intriguing. the dialogue is very questionable and felt elementary which is mainly what threw me off. i did enjoyed the first half despite the dialogue but by the second half the things i enjoyed about this book fell extremely short (like zander spoiling max) and all we were left with was terrible dialogue that felt so unnatural.

Essentially the same story as the first. Although I did laugh more. Still a slut for vampires and would for sure read the same story written another way if the author makes a third

So disappointing from an author I usually enjoy. There is no story here, no character depth or development, no plot really - two people meet and everything works out for them. Towards the end there is some half-hearted drama that is quickly resolved. Not even humorous like some of her other books.
