I did not enjoy this book. It felt choppy and the story did not flow. The MMC and FMC were not that memorable. And there was way too much of the ex-husband in the book which only worsened the story. I also couldn’t understand how the FMC who is the CEO of her company and comes from a wealthy family was acting like a child who has never traveled. It just seemed odd. And the MMC’s mother. I couldn’t understand if we were supposed to like her or not.

Griffin and Sierra

Good story overall. Loved the banter and the chemistry between the two. The drama section with the non communicating is always a bit annoying but good otherwise.

I'm excited that Emmett's brothers are getting books. The is Griffin's story. This is a grumpy/sunshine romance. Griffin is such a serious grumpy guy. I mean I understand with the father he has. It was great to see his orderly life shook up a bit by Sierra. I really liked Sierra. She's a kind take charge woman who just wants to call a family her of own. With her dad and her ex-husband she deserves all the happiness. Griffin's surprise for her birthday was so romantic. It had me swooning. For a serious guy that has the moves in the bedroom. Griffin and Sierra have burning hot chemistry that steams up the pages. I loved the humor of this book. I really like when the brothers get together. They know how pick on one another in a lovingly joking way. Those Lasker brothers have me hooked!
