This is perhaps one of the strongest books in the series. Sadly, my righteous hatred of
Ash
overshadows every re-read I try to do.

Awesome!!! To me, this is the novel that made Alex Rider truly legendary. It has action, grit, and it has a story to tell. The way Alex changes, now that he is learning about his past and how it affects him... it’s heartfelt. Alex is going through a lot and the long-term effects remain to be seen. This book is absolutely impossible to put down, every sentence hits home and events unfold at an exhilarating pace. There is a touch of destiny, of drama, of tragedy. Alex Rider. What a legend.
