Was OK Thriller but Not as good as I expect from Kathy Reich. Some descriptions, especially at the beginning, went on and on.

Devil Bones was a boring book to listen to. I was constantly annoyed and frustrated with everything that was happening. Everything that happened in this book was a bit repetitive and predictable. I feel like Kathy ends certain chapters with the same damn ending and I'm like.. UGH, WHY?!?!
Another thing that annoyed me was the constant refresher of who the fuck tempe is or what she does. I think I would know by now.. but I guess some people need this annoying reminder. Then there's the whole relationship between Tempe and Ryan. I have no idea what they are and it's like. ugh, I'm annoyed. Just tell me what you are so that we can move on with our lives. idgaf anymore.
I'm hesitant to dive into the next book. I might need a little break.

Idk, I feel like this was kind of a filler book for the series. Did things happen in it? Yeah. Will they be important in the series later on? Probably. Did the book really make you care about any of it right now or make you excited to see how it plays out? Meh. 🤷🏻♀️
